Audi Q7 2015 to be released in UK Soon

Introduction

The first Audi Q7 was introduced in the year 2006 and at that time, it was owned by 500,000 people. Now, finally after 9 years, the all new model of Audi Q7 is about to be released in UK. This car is simply going to be amazing in its looks and moving on to the drive and performance, the automaker promises not to let the fans down. It is said that it is going to be one of the advance forms of SUV ever released yet. 

The SUV is getting tough competition from cars such as Volvo XC90, Mercedes GLE and not to mention BMW X5. Audi Q7 2015 is lighter, faster and more efficient than its predecessor. The interior is spacious too and the automakers have provided some of the best fittings and features inside the cabin. The previous Q7 was not really attractive speaking of being a luxury SUVeven though it had the best interior and its performance was good too. However, now, Audi has made worthy additions in changing the look of the car.

Light weight car

Audi has been proud of the aluminum technology which it first came up with for A8 and the same aluminum body is being used for the brand new Q7 in order to ensure it is light weighted so it is going to weigh just 325 kg. This makes it even light weight than its predecessor. The reason why a light weight body has been introduced because Audi wanted to ensure Q7 offers a better driver.

With the 4-wheel steering, Q7 is going to offer a stable feel even if it is being driven at high speed. The adaptive air suspension (optional) is going to ensure the car’s level and the driver is going to have full control of the vehicle no matter what kind of road surface it is.

Audi is providing an optional safety kit along with the standard features. There is a warning system for ensuring protection. This system will not let the driver open the door into the oncoming traffic. If the car detects some collision then the brakes are applied automatically. There is a special Trailer Manoeuvre Assist that does reversing if you are towing.

Engine and performance

Audi Q7 2015 will be available in 2 engine options and both of them will be the 3 liter diesel engines that will be capable of producing 215 and 268 hp. The former engine is under endowed whereas the latter one is the best choice. These engines will come with the 8 speed auto transmission and all-four wheels drive system. There is a special Hill Descent Control feature which has been added in the new generation Q7. 

Q7 is going to be a 7-seater car. The third row inside can be electrically folded to create more space. Even in between the seats, there is enough space and there is extra shoulder and head room there too just to make sure that the passengers enjoy the ride and they stay as comfortable as possible. 

Exterior and interior modifications

Audi Q7 2015 will be offered in two trim levels i.e. SE and S line. For S line, the body is more aggressive, large alloy wheels are provided, LED headlights have been added, and there will be sports front seats. Both the options are going to be overwhelming because Q7 has been drastically improved in its looks.

Moving on to the interiors, Audi has used high quality material but it has followed the traditional cabin design and features. The dashboard seems to be constructed perfectly with premium materials. The switch gear has been placed in the right place and it is perfectly crafted. 

There is a new Multi Media Interface provided in Q7 that has a large touch pad surface but it is easy to use and it has the 8.3 inch screen that is placed above the dashboard to display all the information needed by the driver in a convenient way. The Virtual Cockpit Instrument Display which was seen in Audi TT has been provided for Q7 so that means you won’t see the conventional control panel. The new control panel is going to be fully customized and any driver would just love to use this much advance technology while driving. 

There is a whole bunch of efficiency assistance systems inside this SUV that are going to keep on instructing the driver to watch out for troubles and have a controlled and comfortable drive. 

Price and release date information

Audi Q7 2015 is expected to be released by the end of the year 2015 and its price will start from £50K and this is just a speculation, it might even be higher. Overall, this SUV is a perfect combination of the best aesthetics, technology and performance so; you would not want to miss it.
